ABOUT THE TUTOR

Kim Arnold has over 25 years experience with the Tarot and was fortunate to be taught by Tarot Masters with the disciplines very much of the ‘old school’, she has attended Tarot Conferences run by the Readers Studio in New York and is founder of the UK Tarot Conference, which brings together authors and teachers of tarot from around the world

Having spent her early years studying with the SAGB, the tarot quickly became her passion, it enabled her to express and confirm unexplained feelings of insight and intuition. Her Journey into the Tarot had begun.

Her client list includes high profile celebrities from around the world of fashion, film and TV for whom she holds regular sessions. The Tarot has enabled her the privilege of meeting the most wonderful people from all walks of life and has helped to guide them through difficult times. She is currently working as a tarot specialist on a Universal Studio movie due for release in April 2009, preparing a major Hollywood star as a tarot reader for her role.

Kim’s journey has bought her to a place of trust and privilege. You have the opportunity to learn with one of the worlds most respected leaders in tarot. Many of Kim’s students have gone on to become professional Tarot readers.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

We use the Rider Waite deck, an ideal deck which provides you with the knowledge you need to set you on your path with the Tarot. Full of symbolisms from the Kaballah, Freemasonry and other esoteric traditions you will soon build a picture of why and how the Tarot works.

Your Beginners workshop will cover:

• Tarot traditions, dispel myths, responsibility, respecting your cards.
• Working through the major arcane, 22 main picture cards, embarking on readings from an easy 7 card spread, questions, answers and finally a reading which incorporates all 22 cards.
• Working through the minor arcana and incorporating all 78 cards.
• Looking at the four suits and their connection to the elements.
• Expanding the spreads including the well known Celtic cross.
• Completing the day with a tarot meditation.

You are guaranteed that on leaving this workshop you will have a greater knowledge and understanding of the cards.
